Hi everyone. My wife (Donna Foster) and I got married two years ago, on February 11, 2023. Unfortunately, she is spending our second anniversary in the hospital.

It was two months after we got married, and her heart started going a little crazy, so we went to the ER. She was in afib. After the doctors investigated, they discovered two holes in her heart. They got the afib under control and scheduled surgery at UAB to repair the holes. After a successful surgery, we came home and thought we were good. About two months later, she went back into afib. Then it was determined that she needed a heart ablation in Atlanta. So, on December 17, we went to Atlanta and had the procedure done. The doctor then discovered another part of her heart that needs the same procedure. He told us that the afib would continue until we got this fixed.

All through these two years, we’ve been in the ER about six times, I think, due to her going into afib. They would have to put her to sleep and shock her heart so they could get her heart back into rhythm. In addition, every time we were in the ER, they would admit her, and we would have to stay in the hospital for about a week. You know there’s a lot more to it than that. I don’t think if I’m doing a very good job describing everything.

But we would much appreciate any help. I am disabled myself and have two artificial hips that are 25 years old, and I have a disease called polyarthritis nodosa. And I don’t even want to get into that one. Would appreciate any help. Love you all. The edit thing on this app did all that crazy bold stuff. Sorry , sorry again.
