My sister is facing one of the hardest moments of her life. After more than 30 years, the home she cherished and depended on for her only income was destroyed in a devastating fire. The loss has left her not only without a place that held so many memories, but also without the financial stability she relied on. She is truly devastated, and the path forward feels overwhelming right now.

The immediate need is to cover the cleanup costs. Clearing the property is the first step—whether she decides to sell the land or eventually welcome renters back, she can’t move forward until the debris is gone. The expenses for this process are significant, and she cannot manage them alone.
