Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart to ask for your help for someone who would never ask for himself—my 85-year-old pawpaw.

Despite his age, my pawpaw still works a full-time job and even mows lawns part-time just to make ends meet. He’s always been the kind of man who shows up for others—quietly, humbly, and without expecting anything in return.

Recently, he was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes, leaving him struggling to see. What’s worse, during his exam, the doctors discovered that he had also suffered an undiagnosed stroke. Still, he gets up every day and works—never complains, never asks for help.

But now, he needs us.

The surgery to remove the cataracts and restore his vision will cost around $1,000, and it’s something he simply cannot afford on his own.

My pawpaw has spent his life giving—through hard work, kindness, and quiet strength. If you’re able, even a small donation would go a long way in helping him get the care he needs. And if you can’t give, sharing this would mean the world to us.

He deserves to see clearly again. He deserves a little peace after giving so much.
