<div>Three years ago this month, my 10-year-old niece Ayva was in a devastating car crash that changed her life forever. The accident tragically took the lives of her mother and sister. She survived but suffered severe injuries that continue to impact her every day. Since the crash, she has shown incredible strength and resilience, but her journey is far from over.
