Help my nan fulfill a dream

Hi everyone

I am starting this fundraiser for my beautiful and strong willed Grandma.

Growing up my nan practically raised her 2 younger brothers and has done the same over the years with her grandchildren.

She presently has 3 grandchildren in her care who have been with her for nearly 5 years.

Nan is very independent and has never asked for help or handouts over those years, she has always worked hard for her family.

Recently she had the Astra Zeneca vaccination which gave her blood clots in her lungs.

She went to the doctor and had scans which also revealed she has developed cancer in her lungs and has spread to her lymph nodes.

On the 10th August 2021 she underwent surgery and had the entire middle lobe of her right lung and 13 lymph nodes removed.

She started chemo last week and still has a long way to go

I am writing to get help to full fill her wish of having one last family holiday with her family as most of her family live throughout most of Australia
