Help My Mum and I move to safety

This is probably the hardest thing I’ve had to do. Asking for help for myself is not easy. When I fundraised for charity it was easy as it was helping a big cause, but this time it is for my Mum and I.
Sharing personal struggles publicly is tough and trust me I’ve exhausted all other avenues. I’ve been to the council for help and applied to most charities in London but we haven’t had any success. So it is with sadness I have to ask my friends for help.
The story is a long one but I ask you to please read it so you understand why I’m doing this.
Last week my mum tried to commit suicide. She took an overdose but luckily not enough to have her stomach pumped or to cause damage. We’ve had the mental health crisis team Visiting often and her psychiatrist has done Home visits. My mum has suffered with mental health for years now and it is often triggered by stress and lack of sleep.
This time round it all came about because of everything I’m going to explain now.
For the last 4-6 months my mum and I have been living in a nightmare. Our neighbours which surround us on all sides are incredibly noisy. There isn’t one room we can go in for peace and rest if we are feeling unwell.
The man above us has been unreasonably noisy at all hours of the day and night and began to harass us and make threats after we politely asked him to keep the noise down. He was scaring us in the middle of the night by standing on our patio area outside our garden door and ringing the bell late at night and not answering. He makes big bangs early hours of the morning and jumps and jogs on the spot, slams doors and drawers amongst other things just to keep us up on purpose. We contacted the noise team at the council but when they came he didn’t make noise (typical). Then things escalated with him and we have had to call the police 3 times over the last few weeks.  He came banging and kicking on our door shouting at us with another man at night and came another 3 times. My mums been terrified and her mental health has declined. He also sent us a threatening letter saying if we called the police again there would be consequences. We did still call the police however and they visited. They said they would issue him with an anti harassment order but weeks later and they’ve still not done it. We are both nervous wrecks and surviving on approx 3 hours sleep a night. We are scared and need to leave here for both our sakes. Our mental and general health is getting worse. My mum and I already suffer with various health problems on a daily basis and situations like this are increasing symptoms. My mums seizures have worsened to approx 10 a day now.
There were also 2 stabbings next to our block two weeks ago and an air ambulance landed behind our garden and two police helicopters were circling over our complex. This has happened a few times.
We have had a nightmare with house searching as no one would accept anyone on housing benefits! I applied for 86 properties and rang 102 agents and had the phone put down on me and only had 3 offers to us, one which was a complete scam which we nearly fell for but Luckily we found out before we handed money over.
The other we fell in love with and was offered it but at the last minute the landlord privately rented it behind the agents and our backs, we were absolutely heartbroken and that’s when my mum snapped.
I’m pleased to say that the last house is the one we are moving to. We got accepted BUT our big issue is we need minimum of £1000 for agent fees and removal fees. We do need extra for holding fees etc but biggest bulk needed is £1000. The council turned us down for any help and 8 charities we applied to have said no. Without removal fees we can’t go and it’s too late to back out because we have given our notice to quit to our landlord and we have said yes to the new house. If we don’t get the money we are in big difficulties. This is where my Mum and I are asking for your help.
If you could please donate to help get us out of this hell hole we would appreciate it more than you could ever know. We are out of options and have nowhere to turn to. Anything you could give will help and if you could share my story too I would be grateful. I am sorry I’ve had to ask and I thank you in advance for your help from both my mum and I. As Mums carer it’s stressful enough dealing with usual everyday tasks but now I have to organise a move on my own and I just need some help. Seeing my Mum in such a bad way has been difficult and emotionally draining. I need to get us out of here but I can’t do that without your help.
