Help My Mother Stay With Her Family!!! Urgent Legal Aid Needed

Hi, my name is Andres, and I’m reaching out to ask for support for my mother, who urgently needs an immigration lawyer to fight a reopened deportation case.

My mom has been in the process of obtaining her U visa since 2017. She’s followed every requirement and has been patiently waiting for her case to move forward. But earlier this year (2025), a past deportation order was unexpectedly reopened, and now she has a court date set for September 23rd.

We urgently need to hire a qualified immigration attorney to represent her. We found someone who can help but the full cost is $8,500, and the initial hire fee of $5,500 is needed as soon as possible to secure legal help before her court date.

On top of this, my mom is the legal guardian of my nephew, whom she adopted due to family circumstances. He requires special care and ongoing medical attention—and his doctors and support system are all here in the United States. Because she is his primary caregiver, my mom has been unable to work, making it even harder to afford the legal help she now desperately needs.

We as a family are doing everything we can to help, but everything has happened so fast and in such a short period of time it has been difficult to come up with this amount of money.

She is the backbone of our family, selfless, loving, and strong. All we want is to keep her and my nephew safe and together, here at home.
