Hello everyone,

I am reaching out during this difficult time. As many of you have seen on the news, my mothers car was stolen at 6:50am on Friday March 28th and, unfortunately, it was involved in an accident that left it completely totaled.

My mother is 65 years old, lives on her own and is on disability. That car meant everything to her as it was her only mode of transportation for her daily activities, medical appointments, and her animals. She has many doctors appointments which can not be missed and due to the recklessness of a few teenagers she is now left with no way to make these appointments. She is devastated and were trying out best to be able to help her with what she needs. With being on a limited income, even a used car is too expensive for my mother to be able to afford.

We were also recently informed that to the young age of the individuals who stole her vehicle (they're both fine), the likely hood of there being any financial recovery is unlikely.

My mother is a kind and caring person who tries her best to help others when they're in need. We're asking for help from anyone who would be able to donate, no matter how small so we can get my mom into a vehicle as soon as possible and help her gain her independence back.
