help my mother not go blind

I am usually really private about what's going on with me personally I usually swollew my pride even when I need help but this time it not about me it's about the woman that brought me into this world and also here to the USA for a better life so that I could do anything. my mother is a diabetic and she is losing her vision the doctor says she needs retinal detachment surgery and she also has to wait 3 months for her to have the procedure done and it usually cost between 1200 to 4000. My mother doesn't have that type of money and neither do I. I am a dance instructor full time and I wish I could do more so I'm asking your for help I have over 2000 friends on Facebook if everyone of you could even donate 1 dollar that would go a long way.
