<div>I’m reaching out because my mom’s house, the home she’s lived in since 1982, was destroyed in a fire. The fire started when a space heater was accidentally left on while everyone was away. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but we sadly lost a beloved family pet.
</div>

<div>This year has already been incredibly hard for my mom. In March, my dad passed away after 50 years of marriage, and now she has lost the home they built together.
</div>

</div>
<div>My parents have always been the first to help others in need. They’ve been a big part of the Elmo community for decades, always lending a hand or offering support. Now, my mom needs help to rebuild her home and her life.
</div>
