Help my mom rebuild her salon ❤️
Hi to all!
As I’m sure most of you know Santa Monica got completely destroyed a lot of small businesses got looted, including my moms. My mom is an immigrant single mother of FOUR. She has lived in Santa Monica for the past ten years. Building her hair salon from scratch and saving every penny. Due to COVID19 she was out of work for two months, when the government finally stated salons were ready to open( a day before the looting) my mom had been so happy to finally get back on her feet. The next day her studio got broken into and they stole thousands of expensive possessions and scissors she had saved from the day she stepped foot in America. She’s the most hardworking woman who has done everything for her children to live a good life.
Right when she thought she could go back to work the riots happened and her business was one of the 157 at Salon Phoenix in Santa Monica. Not only my mom has had a rough couple of years trying to recover from two hernia surgeries, but also as an independent contractor she doesn’t have an insurance or anyone to help or cover for her losses
I am a first generation student ( oldest daughter) and I am asking you if you can donate ANY amount to helping her get her job back so she can take care of my little siblings. Anything would truly help. Thank you for listening to her story and THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP❤️
