<div>Hello, my name is Jason, I currently live in Northern California, but I grew up in Los Angeles.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On January 7th, my mom, Judy, lost her home in Altadena to the wildfires ravaging the LA area.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My family is so thankful that she is safe, and we’re also fortunate that she has relatives to stay with for now. We know it could’ve been much worse.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While my family has lost all of our physical possessions in the house, we still carry our memories:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I remember the joy my family felt when she was first able to buy this home, a dream of hers ever since she immigrated to America 25 years ago.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We loved celebrating birthdays in the dining room:

<div><br />
</div>
<div>And impromptu photoshoots in the backyard:
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85512205_1736400877255663_r." width="100%" />
<div>And much more memories than can be listed here.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My mom has given so much to her SGV community, working as an ICU nurse and RN for most of her life, so I wanted to help her as much as possible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re hopeful that insurance and FEMA funds will provide the bulk of recovery funds, but we would be so thankful for any bit of help we can get in the interim.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your funds will go directly to providing essential items and helping her recovery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I also encourage people to donate to broader charities, like the <a href="https://www.redcross.org/donate/donation.html/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">red cross</a>, that provide on the ground support to people in even greater need.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for your consideration!
