Help my mom Ebie Brown

Well, this has been a disastrous year for most of my family.  My mom is struggling to survive, she's been paying car insurance on a car she hasn't been able to drive since December, she's living on pennies and barely surviving and really could use some help.  She tries to get by selling her amazing art, but sadly doesn't sell enough of it and really needs some help to get back to a workable situation.  She's constantly getting ripped off by Verizon which is the only phone company she has access to due to a back bill with the only other company available and they are constantly leaving her with outages for sometimes weeks at a time which leave her no phone or internet and to top it off with no working car, she's completely isolated from the outside world.  She's 67 years old.  So, I'm asking for any help anyone can offer to hopefully get that back bill paid off so she can switch services and maybe help her get her car fixed so that she's not completely dependent on the kindness of others.  Anything will help.  Thank you.
