<div>On August 4th, our lives completely changed. What was supposed to be a routine procedure turned into a brain bleed and a ruptured aneurysm.

<div>We were told there was no hope and that my mom was gone, but she’s proven everyone wrong.

<div>Against every odd, she’s fought her way back. From no response at all to showing awareness, movement, and strength we were told we’d never see again. Her biggest progress has come at Brooks Rehabilitation, where she’s working every day to re-learn how to walk, stand, talk, and take care of herself again.

<div>Insurance only covers 30 days of rehab, even though her doctors recommend at least 90 for the best recovery. Her current discharge date is October 23rd, but we’re doing everything we can to help her stay longer. Brooks costs $2,000 a day, and every dollar raised will go directly toward her continued care and therapy.
