Help My Mom Attend My College Graduation

Hi friends and family,

I am Edna. If you know me, you know that I have spent the past eight years in two worlds; One foot in Tanzania and one foot in the U.S. When I left home eight years ago, both my family and I had no idea of the world I was headed into. Eight years later, with a diploma from a prestigious U.S. high school and now about to receive my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Gettysburg College, I am confident to call the U.S. my second home. As I walk across the stage to receive my degree later in May, I would love to have my mom's presence cheering up for the strong, and intelligent young woman she has raised.
