I need to hire a lawyer and move with my 3 kids.

I have had to be a stay at home mom for more then 20 years while my husbands followed his hopes and dreams with the Military and I was stuck home raising our 3 children on my own. His last deployment five years ago he came back as a soulless heartless zombie who only has cared about himself. A few years back I found out he was planning om murdering some friends of mine with a knife he had and his dad was going to help him. He call a help line and police came but they just had him throw the knife in a dumpster since he was a Vet and took him to a Mental Hospital where he was diagnosed with multiple personality disorder.  While there he again threatened my life and I walked out. The only reason I have stayed is because they put him on meds that seemed to be working but recently he has talked about was he could easily get away with murder and hide bodies. I have 3 kids in our home that I need to protect. He refuses to take his meds. We just moved here to Muncie under the talks that his dad is dying but it was instead so he could start cheating with another woman and lie about it even with me having proof of phone records and Facebook post. I am disabled and can't work, I have applied for it 2 times and have been turned down. I have no money for a lawyer and I will also loss his Military medical coverage when we divorce. I am at a lost and me and my girls have has our feet knocked out from under use and he has no cares he is just ignoring us and said he his looking forward to starting a new life with this woman, leaving us behind. The funds will be used for divorce fees,food, a laywer, my meds, rent and utilities. I please please please beg you for your help. Us girls have done nothing wrong but to try to love him and he has always treated us like crap under his shoe. He is heartless and soulless from the military and there is no way getting across to him.I have suffered many many years but still stuck by his side. He just see's something new and wants it. I want to be the first to file so I can try to get full custody of our 14 year old daughter and she will be able to make her own choices on when she wants to see him. He can be very mental at times and at other times he can be a good dad but it has been a long time since he has been one. Also I believe i deserve spousal support for all the years i gave up for him and his dreams and put everything I want to the side.   Please any advice or help would be great. Thank you
