Help my grandfather get his surgery

I'm raising money so my grandfather Carlito can get his eye surgery... He needs surgery for both his eyes. The doctor said if he doesn't get his surgery soon he will go completely blind. Right now he is partially blind and sees nothing but blur and glasses are not helping him. He still works at 63 years old as a mechanic for Orlando Hyundai. My grandfather never asks for anything and right now my family needs help to pay for it bc the surgery is about 1500 for one eye. Please help us in getting this money for my grandfathers surgery.
