On January 7, 2025, Ron lost his home, his vehicle and most importantly, his dog Pugsley when due to high winds, a massive tree fell shattering everything he had. Luckily he and one of his dogs and his Parrot did survive, but leaving him with the emptiness of no home for him and his animals. He has lived in

Idyllwild for 5 years, and I know that in his small mountain town, they are no strangers to power outages or fires. Though many of them fared far better

than some during this wind event, at

least three families in his community

lost their homes when Tuesday night's fierce wind gusts felled a massive tree losing their homes and Ron lost his home, car and his dog, Pugsley.
