My name is Kim and I am raising some money for my beautiful baby girl Missy. Missy has recently been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and we thought her weightloss was connected to that , up until recently we have now discovered through a chest xray she has a tumor around the lung area. She was having difficulty in breathing . We have already paid so much money towards her care and would like some kind of help with getting another scan done , we need a more advanced one so we can see if the tumor is benign or cancerous, if it is cancerous then Missy will need more intense care an operation would cost thousands and I don’t expect to get that done but I’d like to get help with us getting this scan done to at least be able to help her with some medication to reduce the size of this tumor . I am absolutely devastated, she’s lived with me 15 years , yes she’s an older cat but what difference does that make I don’t want her to suffer it’s awful to see. There’s so much we are going to have to pay out with different medications now to help keep her stable for now . She is my everything, she keeps me happy and helps my mental health a lot if I lost her I don’t know what I’d do . I know it will happen one day but I don’t want to be this way !
