Help My Family Survive Amidst the War

My name is Aya, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support for my family, who are facing an unimaginable crisis. My sister, along with her husband and two children, is hosting 10 displaced family members who fled their homes in Lebanon after their villages were devastated by bombings, who they have been displaced for 70 days now. These relatives had no choice but to leave everything behind—homes, belongings, and livelihoods. Now, they are without income and struggling to survive.

The funds raised will go directly to my sister Zeina, who has opened her home to care for these 10 displaced family members. Your generosity will help cover their basic needs: rent, food, electricity, medicine for the elderly, and other essential expenses. For these families, this support is a lifeline, providing them with the dignity and hope they need in this dark time.

In addition, part of the funds will be used to ensure that my young nephews, Adam and Walid (both under 8 years old), can continue their education. Despite everything they’ve been through, they deserve the chance to learn and have a future filled with possibility, even amidst the chaos around them.

This support will make a tangible difference for 14 people—my sister’s immediate family, which include 5 kids and the displaced relatives she is caring for. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help them cover rent, utilities, food, education, and medical needs.

I’ve felt helpless and guilty since the war began, unable to do more for my loved ones, especially as I work in tourism and am financially strained since the war have begun. But with your help, we can provide them with a foundation of hope. While we can’t stop the war, we can help restore dignity, security for those who need it most.
