I recently accepted a physician residency position in Laurel, Mississippi, and while this is an exciting next step in my career, it comes with significant challenges for my family and me. Relocating for residency is a big transition, and the costs of moving, travel, and securing housing can add up quickly. As we prepare to move, we are facing expenses for transportation, gas, and finding a safe place to live during my residency.

This journey to becoming a physician has been long and filled with hard work and dedication. My goal has always been to serve my community and make a positive impact on the lives of others. Now, as we begin this new chapter, we find ourselves needing a little extra support to get started. Moving an entire family is never easy, and the financial strain can be overwhelming at times.
