Hello Beautiful People, My name is Crystal! My family and I created this GoFudndMe account to raise money for our family members negatively impacted in Puerto Rico by Hurricane Maria. Although the storm has come and passed, things are now worse than ever due to the unavailability of necessary resources. Food, water, and gas are becoming scarcer every day. HELP IS NEEDED NOW.
My Uncle Indio and his wife lost their entire home. My cousin Tania, who has two babies, has no electricity, water, or food. My grandpa and Aunt Lydia are struggling to gather necessities, while dealing with their own medical difficulties. Most of my family is unable to leave their city because of broken infrastructure and flooded homes.
During this time, monetary relief is especially appreciated because most are unable to work. The money raised will first go to the parents of children in our family. Next, funds will go to any food, water, and medical relief that the remainder of my family requires. We will donate any remaining funds to rebuilding their homes (not covered by insurance).
I am also hosting a donation drive through Club Fitness Daytona to help gather supplies for ALL families affected in Puerto Rico. Items include water, non-perishables, toiletries, diapers, baby formula, medical supplies, batteries, flashlights, clothing, etc. ANYTHING YOU CAN SPARE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. All donations will be sent to a trusted charity in Puerto Rico.
