Help My Family Keep their Home of 18 years

Hello thank you for taking the time out your day to read this .. as you can tell by the title and photo I’m asking for help for my parents to be able to keep their humble home. My parents are immigrants from Mexico and they came to this country with nothing to their name . This house is all they have.. they are giving them to the 9/11/23 to make a decision to either pay the remaining balance on the house which is $5,500 or fix everything wrong with the house , as you may tell it’s has alot of fixing to do which cost come out to over $20,000 & is way out of my parents budget, if you find it in your hearts to donate anything helps and we would greatly appreciate it.
