I live with my grandma, grandpa, uncle, and mom, and right now, things are really tough for us. My grandma is the only one with a job, and her income just isn’t enough to cover all our bills and food for everyone. My grandpa’s retirement money helps a little, but it doesn’t stretch far enough, and we’re struggling to keep the heat and electricity on. I take care of my grandpa every day, making sure he’s fed and comfortable, but it’s hard when we can barely afford groceries. Even with EBT, it’s not enough for our whole household, and we’ve tried reaching out to local churches for help, but they haven’t been able to give us anything.

If we received any support, it would go straight towards paying our overdue bills so we can keep the heat and lights on, and buying healthy dinners for my grandparents. I’m doing everything I can to find work, but it’s really difficult right now. I want to make sure my grandparents are safe and cared for, and I would never use any donations for myself—everything would go to them. Your help would mean the world to us, and even the smallest amount can make a big difference.
