Help my family is homeless

At this time my family has been homeless since 10/01....we stayed with a friend till November and since then we have been staying in a tent in the Florida state forest.... The reason we haven't been able to get a place is.....we have most of first and security deposit ....but don't have the deposit to turn on the electric... About $250.00 ......and have no furniture.... I don't want a "hand out" just a little help to get on our feet..camping is fun but not when it's your home ...I have a income ...I'm disabled..
