<div>Hi, my name is Parminder Singh. I have been living in Australia (Gold Coast) from last 15 years. Over the last 6 months, the immigration department stripped of my family’s work rights and informed us to leave the country by 31st of May 2023.  Due to this, me and my wife lost our employment and left with no income source.         To challenge department decisions, we put petition on change org to the immigration minister to intervene in our case and let ourselves to stay in Australia, we call home from long time. We got overwhelming support from the community with over 17,000 signatures and contour to grow, and media also published our immigration story in Australia and various other countries.                                                  Immigration department opened our application on 30th of May 2023 and asked to renew visa strategy away and submit some necessary documents to process our application, but still no work rights was provided to resume employment. The family is living on their savings since early March.                                                 We are still waiting for the immigration decision and seems positive as the department did request few extra documents in July to process the visa application.                                                         While we are waiting for the department decision which we remain optimistic for a positive outcome, we kindly request our community support to financially assist us in this tough situation.
