Help my family get a new car

Hey guys.
As of 1/6/2021 Our family experienced a hate crime. We are a family of black Latino immigrants, and a racist burned our car by pretending he was a mechanic. He fried everything on purpose, and as a result it's nothing but junk now. nothing can be done to fix it. It can only be sold for scrap.
I'm the only one who's able to support my family in this pandemic because my parents are jobless, and now a racist has taken that from us. The only means of searching and going to jobs is gone. In a flash.
We really need help getting a new car. We are unable to raise this much money on our own because of the pandemic (we are immunocompromised). We also did not receive any stimulus checks despite my dad being a citizen.
The costs above are to be able to cover the basics of getting a car. Paperwork, initial costs, etc.
Please help if you can. Thank you.
