Help My Family & Friends Recover from Ida

Hi, I'm Lynn Pitts and though I live in Brooklyn, everyone who knows me knows I was born and raised in South Louisiana, in a town called Houma. On August 29, my hometown was decimated by Hurricane Ida. This brutal Cat 4 beast battered Houma for 6 hours and devastated my childhood home and the homes of my family and friends. Recovery will be long and costly, even for those of us with insurance (Hurricane Deductible? Really?).
