Help My Dog Cisco Walk Again

Prayers for my pup please: he was hit by a car, spent the night at the emergency room, and he's still there as we determine what to do next. Can you help with $5-10 for his vet bills?
We have learned his hip is displaced-
and his spine possibly rotated. There are also many cuts and scrapes and possibly other issues.
Cisco is AUS cattle dog who is a very smart, strong, healthy young dog with a passionate spirit. He goes "ballistic" about walks and balls. But right now he can't walk, much less chase anything.
The hospital has recommended surgery at a bill of $4-5k. There is a less invasive and less expensive treatment that I asked them to try first even though it only has a 50% chance of working if they can do so without too much of a risk of paralysis.
The cheapest remedy is to remove the leg at his regular vet's office but she says we should do everything we can to save the leg in this case.
We are at $2.3k in bills so far and anticipate at least $5k more in the next 24 hours as the surgery he needs is $4-5k.
In a world that is literally on fire, it is not easy to ask for help, or to ask for a donation to help with these vet bills. However, several people have suggested we do so and if everyone who saw this sacrificed only the price of a day's coffee, he could be running around barking and playing again in no time.
