<div>My name is Victor and I am starting this on behalf of my father, Wayne Judge. Since April of this year he has been plagued by medical problems and the bills are still steadily piling up to the point where his savings are being drained, despite having insurance.
</div>
<div>Due to diabetes he has been afflicted with retinopathy which has affected his vision to the point where he can no longer legally drive. Coupled with a recent bite from a brown recluse which is causing a need for surgery and currently has him off his feet due to aggressive infection. During the school year my father works with behavior problemed and special needs children for the Granite City school district, however, due to the inability to drive and walk properly, he will not be able to resume his position at the end of August, of which means no steady income.
</div>
<div>I have grown up watching my father help and guide others from organizing food drives to just helping those around him by personal donation and even feeding those who needed a meal. He has also taught Chinese Kung Fu for the past 25 years and in that role often volunteers his time to various community services and often acts as guidance counselor and life coach to his many students.
</div>
<div>It saddens me to see him worrying about finances when he should be concentrated on upcoming surgeries and physical therapy.
</div>
<div>I am asking for help in his time of need as he has helped so many others over the years, he has served his country as a veteran and his community in dozens of ways and now I feel he deserves some help in return.
</div>
