<div>Hello, I am Tracy Gibson. My 79-year-old dad lives in the Florida Charlotte Harbor area and his home was severely damaged by Hurricane Helene and now by Hurricane Milton. Due to extensive flooding, his house is uninhabitable, and he will need to gut and rebuild from the ground up. Tragically, he lost all of his belongings and does not have insurance to help cover the costs.
