Help my dad medical bills, Stroke after triple bypass

Hi Everyone,

I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times of my life, hoping to ask for your kindness and support.

Recently, my dad, Leonardo Acido had a heart attack, he had a triple bypass operation, but after the operation he suffered a critical complication, he had brain strokes. There are 15 blockages on his brain. With this complication he needs more treatment.

I recently, visited him in the Philippines, we went to our local doctors and made some appointments, and they advise my father’s heart condition wasn’t too bad, so he can continue with his daily routine.

A week later my uncle died from an aneurysm here in Australia, so we decided to apply for a compassionate tourist visa for my father and mother to attend his funeral. Two weeks later while my father was still in Australia, he suffered a heart attack.

While I am working hard to manage these challenges the treatment costs are far more than I can manage alone. His medical bills are piling up. So far, we owe $269,000 to the hospital. He has more specialist appointments, medications, and other necessary treatments- the financial burden has become too much to bear.

This is where I humbly ask for your help. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly towards paying for my dad's hospital bills.
