Help My Dad Heal From COPD

A fews ago, my Dad and mom let me know that after coming back from the hospital, he was given 1-2 years to live. 

My Dad was diagnosed with COPD.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a type of obstructive lung disease characterized by long-term breathing problems and poor airflow. The main symptoms include shortness of breath and cough with sputum production. COPD is a progressive disease, meaning it typically worsens over time.

The vast majority of the time, COPD leads to death as there are no cures. 

Hearing this, as you can imagine it felt like my whole world paused. 

I had always envisioned my Dad holding my kids, coming to my wedding, and see his and my Mom's face when I got to buy them a home in the future. 

In a moment, it felt like all that came crashing down. 

I could remember all of the moments that my Dad was there for me, and for my brothers and sister. 

He has 4 other sons and one daughter besides me. 

I knew there was something I could do about it - and the first person who came to help is a friend of mine named Ben Kowal in Australia who runs a Naturopathic clinic called Invictus Clinic. 

There is nobody else on this world that I have seen more passionate about natural and regenerative health as this man. 

After speaking with him, and letting him know what was going on - he told he could help. 

Even better than that, he's already helped other patients with COPD completely recover to an even better health they were before. 

But I knew getting him on board wasn't going to be an easy feat. 

His services, + needing to ship medicine from Australia to Canada was going to be costly- and originally, we had planned for this to be a multiple 5-figure investment. 

I was going to find a way to raise it regardless - this is my Dad's life we are talking about. 

But after sensing the urgency of my Dad's situation, and the resistance from this challenge, he agreed to help us out. 

He asked me to come up with a number that I could confidently get to so we can get moving and whatever else I could come up with would be appreciated. 

He did this KNOWING he won't make much $$ off of this but would rather see my Dad get well. 

And so here we are. 

We've begun this process, and my Dads' already lost 30 lbs by changing his diet and is starting to see improvement, but we need to keep going, we need to accelerate the momentum so it doesn't get worse. 

Now - I am asking all of YOU to support me, my family, and especially my Dad to come back to health. 

To help me create a world where my kids can be saying grandpa and grandma to my parents. 

To create a world where bad life decisions can be turned around for a second chance at health and life for my Dad. 

My goal is 6K, but I would like to go above and beyond that to make sure Ben and his company are compensated for this transformative work.
