<div>I am living with a serious heart condition that requires specialized medical treatment unavailable in the Gaza Strip. Although I have been officially approved for medical referral abroad, I am still waiting for the opportunity to travel while my condition requires urgent medical intervention.

<div>Given the current humanitarian and healthcare situation, accessing the treatment I need has become an immense challenge. The healthcare system in Gaza is unable to provide the specialized care my condition requires.

<div>Despite my illness, I remain deeply committed to my work as a writer and thinker. My hope is to regain my health so I can continue writing, publishing my books, and contributing to intellectual and cultural life through the projects I have devoted years to developing.
