<div>Hello, my name is Karam Fahmy Shaheen. I am 30 years old. I owned a barber shop, which I acquired after years of hard work, sleep and fatigue. My wife, Amani Ibrahim Abu Taym, 30 years old, owned an online store that sold women’s clothing. One night in November, we lost everything as an air strike destroyed the house that we owned. We rented it, and my wife lost her goods, which were in one of the rooms of the house designated as a storeroom for my wife’s work. Then we received information that the barbershop had also been destroyed.

</div>

<div>It is not the first time I have lost shelter, as I lost my home in the 2008 war without receiving compensation

</div>

<div>My mother, Maysar Shaheen, is an elderly woman, 70 years old, who suffers from chronic diseases and suffers from a lack of medicine, food, and safe drinking water.

</div>

<div>I went through another horrific experience, as my first daughter, Ghani, died in the May 2021 war at the age of three and a half years, and I fear that this painful experience will be repeated.

</div>

<div>I am now a father of two children, Saad Karam Shaheen, who is four years old, and Ezz Karam Shaheen, who is one and a half years old, and my family is suffering in the city of Rafah after our forced displacement there.

</div>

<div>Please help evacuate my family from the Gaza Strip before the attack on Rafah and closing the Rafah crossing leading to Egypt, as it is the only place from which we can evacuate.

<div><br />

</div>

<div>sweetheart Ghinaa She was very beautiful and nice The biggest loss in my life and I hope no one loses one of his children and feels the hair that I felt and live until now She took her life away in 2021 so I don't want to repeat the feeling again and all this is in your hand You can help me I will be thankful to you all

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My children are Saad the eldest and Ezz the youngest

</div>

<div>Help us not to feel the bitterness of losing another child

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Here I will explain how I will use the amount shown in my goal

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong> 1. **Personal expenses:**</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Since my wife and I are currently unemployed, we struggle to cover our daily personal expenses (food, drink, diapers, milk, and medicine for my elderly mother) at a cost of $4,000 for a month.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong> 2. **Clothes:**</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>After leaving everything behind during forced displacement, and losing our home in an airstrike, we were in dire need of money to buy clothes at a cost of $1,000 for 5 people, including two children.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong> 3. **Transportation costs:**</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We need financial support to cover the cost of coordinating the crossing “from Gaza to Egypt,” which amounts to $5,000 per adult and $2,500 per person under the age of 16 “child.” At present, the cost of coordinating for us, my wife, and my mother is $15,000, and my children Saad and Ezz are $5,000 for a total cost. 20000$.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong> 4. **Short-term accommodation:**</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Renting an apartment in Egypt is crucial so that we can plan our next steps carefully due to having children. “The rent will be for a short period of no more than a month.” At a cost of up to $1500

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong> 5. **Travel tickets and</strong> accommodation costs:**

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Funds are needed to cover travel tickets and other accommodation costs as we seek a safer and more stable environment to enhance the psychological well-being of my children. “I will explain the costs after we arrive and choose a safe place to stay for my children.”

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>6. **Starting over:**</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Additional support for some essential expenses to help us resume our lives. Your assistance in any way will have a significant impact on our ability to overcome these challenges. Your generosity can provide us with the means to secure shelter, food, basic children's supplies, and the opportunity to rebuild our lives. We truly appreciate your concern and understanding during these difficult times. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any additional information or clarifications.
