Just a few weeks ago, our world changed when she was diagnosed with stage III rectal cancer. The news hit us hard, but my mom has always been a fighter—and she’s determined to beat this with God by her side.

<div>Anyone who knows my mom knows that she is the most selfless person you’ll ever meet. She’s the one who everyone calls when they need help—whether it’s a ride, a meal, or just someone to talk to. Growing up, she was the steady anchor for our family, the one who made sure everyone was okay, even when she was struggling herself.

<div>Now, it’s our turn to take care of her. Watching her go through scans, appointments, and now planning for major treatment has been so hard. She never complains—she just tells us everything will be okay, and worries more about us than herself, even now.

<div>The costs of fighting cancer are overwhelming. In addition to the surgery and treatments, my mom has already stopped working, and there are bills piling up. I want to reduce her stress so she can focus on healing and staying strong.
