Mutwakel is a musician from Sudan. After the war erupted, he sought refuge in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, hoping to find a safe space to continue his work and studies in music. Unfortunately, due to war, he lost most of his belongings, savings, and work. But despite these regressions, he is determined to pursue his passion for music. He is a passionate musician and cultural activist with a strong love for music and a desire to continue his studies at a music school in Addis Ababa for the similarities in music and culture between the two nations of Sudan and Ethiopia. We’re reaching out to ask for your support in overcoming a challenging situation that stands between him and his future and career.
He’s facing a significant hurdle with his visa status in Ethiopia, which requires urgent attention. The fines for overstaying are increasing daily. He has to fix his visa status, secure a student visa, and cover his tuition fees, accommodation, and living expenses.
Your support will not only help stabilize his life and situation but also give him the necessary tools and resources to succeed as a student and a musician.
I am Mustafa Alsayed, from Sudan and I live in Milan, Italy. We are Mutwakel’s Friends and the funds will be received in Italy, and delivered through a bank transfer to Ethiopia.
