<div>I am Musab Nassar, from the north of Gaza City in Palestine (ALSHATE camp). I lived in a small house with members of my family of 12. My father (Subhi), my mother. (Hoda) , my brothers Muhammad, Sajid, Sajida, Siraj and Saif, my sister Remah and her four children, my sister Reham and her child, my brother Ahmed married and her child, my Safaa tent.

<div>And suddenly, and brutally, a devastating war broke out in which the occupying army used the ugliest types of weapons without distinguishing between military and civilian, and when the bombing intensified, the belts of fire with which barrel bombs were dropped on a small area of our neighborhood as well as the phosphorus bombs that illuminated our streets and burned the neighborhood,

<div>we left our house and moved to my aunt’s in the neighborhood of Al-Nasr. We lived there difficult and dark days, in which we did not know the meaning of sleep. Our days were filled with aerial bombardments and noisy belts of fire, and our nights were lit by light bombs and random artillery bombardments that did not stop. I still hear the sound of the shell that fell on the houses around us and exploded. When the bombing intensified, we ran under the intense bombardment for the second time, in destroyed streets and bodies everywhere and many people running, not knowing where to go or where to escape.

<div>I cannot describe feelings of fear, confusion, anxiety and helplessness, for there is no safe place to escape to. We bagged as much as we could and fled to the south side of Alshate camp. We sat at one of my father’s friends only one day. We wanted to go south of Gaza through the corridor called the security corridor by the Israeli army, but that day was not safe, because a truck carrying civilians who had fled the horror of the bombing to the south of Gaza was targeted and 70 people were martyred, so we abandoned the idea and returned the next day to my aunt in the neighborhood of Al-Nasr, and the situation was a little quieter than Alshate camp, but we were not spared by the artillery shelling. So we fled to the house of one of our relatives, in the neighborhood of Rantissi, in an apartment on the second floor, where we sat for a day, because the apartment in front of us was targeted and the artillery fire had intensified in an unprecedented way. We fled to the home of our relatives in Jabalia camp. We lived a fairly quiet week, but it did not last, Occupation forces advanced in eastern Jabalia and artillery shelling intensified. On our last night in Jabalia, the house we live in was hit by an artillery shell on the upper floor and the neighboring house was the target of airstrikes by warplanes. The window of the house we live in fell on my head. The bombing was sudden and I could not cover my ears or place my hands above my head as we were taught in emergency situations. We were forced to welcome the wounded from our neighbors' house into our house until the shelling subsided to send them to the nearest hospital knowing that all nearby hospitals were out of service. We removed the residents from the targeted house as we could from under the rubble. because those who remained under the rubble are martyrs, and if one of them had a bit of life, he will not come out until after the end of the war, in the end, he will be dead and his body will be decomposed. It was a terrible and noisy day with screams, tears, fear and panic for the wounded and martyrs. That day, we fled Jabalia to a school in the Daraj neighbourhood, where we were sitting there in a small row. We were like we were in a prison. This lasted nine days before the school was targeted and a terrible massacre in which 40 people were killed, we take refuge in the neighborhood of Al-Rimal, in the Institute for Orphans of Al-Amal, which has turned into a refuge for displaced people fleeing the heat of bombing and destruction. We fled on foot in the shadow of the destroyed streets, rubble scattered here and there, and bodies of martyrs thrown into the streets. The scene looked like a horror movie. We arrived at the institute and found no place for us. We lay on the ground and slept on the cold slabs. My younger brothers could not stand these conditions. They were still crying with extreme fatigue, hunger and thirst. The institute had been hit by occupation missiles, particularly water wells. We were forced to drink polluted water. We sat there for about 3 hours. We were under siege for a week. The occupation forces and their tanks were close to us, and the sound of gunfire did not calm the clashes. Continuing, the helicopters surrounded the scene and fired on all those who tried to leave the scene. The huge smoke didn’t leave the scene, we couldn’t tell them apart from clouds and explosions all around us. I cannot describe the fear and panic that seized us. One day, the occupying forces approached the scene and targeted two buildings adjacent to us. They targeted the upper floor of the Mersal building, in which we were, more precisely a room inhabited by a small family. They were all injured. We fled the Al-Amal Institute and returned to the Jabalia region, then to Alremal from where the occupation had withdrawn, where we were forced to return due to the limited space in Jabalia, then to the Al Amal Institute. For the past five months, we have escaped the devastating bombings on a dark night, moving from one house to another, from one school to another, from refuge to refuge in search of security, not to mention the search for livelihoods to keep our children alive. After the occupation announced its withdrawal from Alshate camp, where our home was, where we were born and raised, where there are beautiful memories, our wonderful neighborhood and the homes of our friends, I can’t describe my happiness when I learned they had left our neighborhood and the tanks had withdrawn. I quickly came back with joy, but my happiness and joy were not complete. I did not find my neighborhood, nor my house that was completely destroyed. We remain hopeful that this war will end and that we can return to our home and restore it after we have lost everything, our home that we love, our city that we love and that we never want to leave under any circumstances.

<div>Je suis Musab Nassar, originaire du nord de la ville de Gaza en Palestine (camp d’ALSHATE). Je vivais dans une petite maison avec les membres de ma famille, composée de 12 personnes. <div>Et du coup, et brutalement, une guerre dévastatrice a éclaté dans laquelle l'armée d'occupation a utilisé les types d'armes les plus laids sans faire de distinction entre militaires et civils, et lorsque les bombardements se sont intensifiés, les ceintures de feu avec lesquelles des barils explosifs ont été largués sur une petite zone de notre quartier ainsi Les bombes au phosphore qui ont illuminé nos rues et incendié le quartier, nous avons quitté notre maison et avons déménagé chez ma tante dans le quartier d'Al-Nasr. Nous y avons vécu des jours difficiles et sombres, dans lesquels nous ne connaissions pas le sens du sommeil. Nos journées étaient remplies de bombardements aériens et de ceintures de feu bruyantes, et nos nuits étaient éclairées par des bombes lumineuses et des bombardements d'artillerie aléatoires qui ne cessaient pas. J’entends toujours le bruit de l'obus qui est tombé sur les maisons qui nous entouraient et a explosé. Lorsque les bombardements se sont intensifiés, nous avons couru sous le bombardement intense pour la deuxième fois, dans des rues détruites et des corps partout et beaucoup des gens qui courent, ne sachant pas où aller ni où s'échapper.

<div>Je ne peux pas décrire les sentiments de peur, de confusion, d'anxiété et d'impuissance, car il n'y a aucun endroit sûr vers lequel nous pouvons nous échapper. Nous avons fait tous les sacs que nous pouvions et avons fui vers le quartier sud du camp de camp d’Alshate. Nous nous sommes assis chez l'un des amis de mon père une seule journée. Nous voulions nous rendre au sud de Gaza par le couloir appelé le couloir de sécurité par l’armée israélien, mais ce jour-là n'était pas sûr, car un camion transportant des civils qui avaient fui l'horreur des bombardements vers le sud de Gaza était visé et 70 personnes ont été martyrisées, nous avons donc abandonné l'idée et sommes retournés le lendemain chez ma tante dans le quartier d'Al-Nasr, et la situation là-bas était un peu plus calme qu'au camp d’Alshate, mais nous n'avons pas été épargnés par les bombardements d'artillerie. Nous avons donc fui vers la maison d'un de nos proches, dans le quartier de Rantissi, dans un appartement au deuxième étage, où nous sommes restés assis pendant une journée, car l'appartement en face de nous était visé et les tirs d'artillerie s'étaient intensifiés d'une manière sans précédent. Nous avons fui vers la maison de nos proches dans le camp de Jabalia. Nous avons vécu une semaine assez calme, mais ça n’a pas duré, Les forces d'occupation ont avancé dans l'est de Jabalia et les bombardements d'artillerie se sont intensifiés. Lors de notre dernière nuit à Jabalia, la maison dans laquelle nous vivons a été touché par un obus d'artillerie à l'étage supérieur et la maison voisine a été la cible de frappes aériennes d'avions de guerre. La vitre de la maison dans laquelle nous vivons m'est tombée sur la tête. Le bombardement a été soudain et je n'ai pas pu me boucher les oreilles ni placer mes mains au-dessus de ma tête comme on nous l'avait appris dans les situations d'urgence. Nous avons été obligés d'accueillir les blessés de la maison de nos voisins dans notre maison jusqu'à ce que les bombardements s'apaisent pour les envoyer à l'hôpital le plus proche sachant que tous les hôpitaux à proximité étaient hors service. Nous avons retiré les habitants de la maison ciblée que nous pouvions de sous les décombres. car ceux qui sont restés sous les décombres sont des martyrs, et si l’un d’entre eux avait un brin de vie, il n’en sortira qu’après la fin de la guerre, en fin, il sera mort et son corps sera décomposé. Ce fut une journée terrible et bruyante avec des cris, des pleurs, de la peur et de la panique pour les blessés et les martyrs. Ce jour-là, nous avons fui Jabalia vers une école dans Le quartier de Daraj, où nous étions assis là, en petite rangée. Nous étions comme si nous étions dans une prison. Cela a duré neuf jours avant que l’école soit ciblée et un terrible massacre au cours duquel 40 personnes ont été tuées, nous réfugions dans le quartier d'Al-Rimal, dans l'Institut pour orphelins d'Al-Amal, qui s'est transformé en refuge pour les personnes déplacées fuyant la chaleur des bombardements et des destructions. Ils pleuraient toujours de fatigue extrême, de faim et de soif. L'institut avait été touché par des missiles d'occupation, en particulier les puits d'eau. Nous avons été forcés de boire de l'eau polluée. Nous sommes restés assis là pendant environ 3 heures. Nous avons été assiégés pendant une semaine. Les forces d'occupation et leurs chars étaient proches de nous, et le bruit des tirs n'a pas calmé les affrontements. Continuant, les hélicoptères encerclaient les lieux et tiraient sur tous ceux qui tentaient de quitter les lieux. les énormes fumée ne quittaient pas les lieux, nous ne pouvions pas les différencier des nuages et des explosions partout autour de nous. Je ne peux pas décrire la peur et la panique qui nous ont saisis. Un jour, les forces d'occupation se sont approchées des lieux et ont pris pour cible deux bâtiments adjacents à nous. Ils ont ciblé l'étage supérieur du bâtiment Mersal, dans lequel nous nous trouvions, plus précisément une pièce habitée par une petite famille. Ils ont tous été blessés. Nous avons fui l'Institut Al-Amal et sommes retournés dans la région de Jabalia, puis vers Alremal d'où l'occupation s'était retirée, où nous avons été forcés de retourner en raison de l'espace limité à Jabalia, puis l'Institut Al Amal.

<div>Depuis cinq mois, nous échappons aux bombardements dévastateurs en plein nuit sombre, on se déplace d’une maison détruite à une autre, d’une école à une autre, de refuge à refuge à la recherche de la sécurité, sans parler de la recherche des moyens de subsistance pour nous maintenir ainsi nos enfants en vie.

<div>Après que l'occupation a annoncé son retrait de camp d’Alshate, où se trouvait notre maison, où nous sommes nés et avons grandi, où se trouvent de beaux souvenirs, notre merveilleux quartier et les maisons de nos amis, je ne peux pas décrire mon bonheur lorsque j'ai appris que ils avaient quitté notre quartier et les chars s'étaient retirés. Je suis vite revenu avec joie, mais mon bonheur et ma joie n'étaient pas complets. Je n'ai pas retrouvé mon quartier, ni ma maison qui était complètement détruite. Nous gardons espoir que cette guerre prendra fin et que nous pourrons retourner dans notre maison et la restaurer après avoir tout perdu, notre maison que nous aimons, notre cité que nous adorons et que nous ne voulons jamais quitter sous aucun prétexte.
