Help multiracial trans disabled family fix our car

Hello, on 7/13/20 my family was informed that our vehicle must be registered and operable or removed from the driveway within 30 days of our rented home or the Police will take action.  

We need the funds to have it towed, looked at and repaired by 8/12/20.  We have tried saving up to have it fixed in the past but doue to medical emergencies and other obligations we have failed to get the proper funds.  We are now in a position where we could start saving but the timeline put on us by the Police would make it impossible without taking funds from food and other needs. 

I work as a home health aide, my partner works as a retail worker, and our other family members are disabled and unable to work.
