Since all of you have known Mrs. Gwendolyn B. Phillips, she has been a giver. In every giver’s life, there is a time when they need to receive. This week, Mrs. Gwendolyn B. Phillips lost her son.

We as people have always come together to help one another. It is now that the person that has helped so many, needs our help. Let’s come together and help Upward Bound’s “matriarch”.
