Help Mourad in his journey to recovery

Donation protected
This is my dad, Mourad Daoud. He's actually my super hero. He's overcomes so many obstacles in his life, but this one has to be the hardest hit he's received. My dad brings enlightenment in every room he walks in. He’s a loving husband and father. He’s a selfless human being who always sets aside his needs for others. On Friday, he had to have an emergency double bypass surgery. After the surgery, he had Some complications that resulted in him losing his vision and speech. The nurses and doctors were concerned so they ran an MRI on his brain they found out he suffered several strokes after the major heart surgery. This is unfortunately setback in his journey to recovery. The strokes that he has suffered are delaying his cognitive responses. After 5 days, He’s slowly making improvement in his speech and vision, that’s the doctor decided it was time for him to leave ICU. Today is day 6, and my dad is making improvement but the road to 100% will take time. We were just notified today December 16, 2020 that he contracted the covid virus from west hills hospital under their supervision. This is a major set back to my entire family. This will result in him extending his stay in the hospital for at least another 14 days. This has taken a toll on him and my family both emotionally and financially, because we have not seen my dad since he was admitted. No one is allowed to visit patients in the hospital because of current situation with covid. This is emotionally making him feel alone and isolated during these tough times for him. The only communication we have is through scheduled FaceTime calls. All the money that is raised for my dad will be used to pay for his medical expenses, physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy. Update: Sorry haven’t been updating anyone here. On December 18th he was able to Come home with us for 3 nights because he was too anxious to come home. December 21 2020 we’re back at the west hills hospital, he’s been feeling pressure on his Chest, so we thought it would be best to take him to the hospital just to make sure everything is okay. He will be staying the night to be monitored and made sure all is well. Let’s keep praying for my Dad please. thank you. If you’re unable to help financially, please share. Anything helps. Thank you stay safe.
