<div>The adorable young man on this video happens to be my 19 year old son who is Autistic and Cognitive Disabled. His main means of communication is American Sign Language (ASL). He is hearing and has a soft deep voice that is seldom being used due to his incomprehensible enunciations. Thus, he is 100% mute at home and about 75% mute in school.

<div>This very extraordinarily special young man’s name is John David Rawlins. We call him by the nickname, “JD”. His intellectual impairment does not stop him from doing excellent in everything he learns to do and in everything he is interested in doing. Being Autistic, he is a perfectionist; thus, he is very meticulous with everything he indulges in.

<div>This young man is very precious to me. JD is the WORLD to me. I live FOR him to have a future.  
</div>

</div>
<div>I serve not only as his mother, but I am, also, his Personal Trainer/Instructor, Swim Coach, Literary Advisor, Teacher, Choreographer, Arts &amp; Graphics Mentor, and Novel Mentor.
</div>

</div>
<div>Perfection had always been the KEY to his successful accomplishments.
</div>

<div>In this Pandemic era, it had been very difficult for me to cope with the lack of finances due to my health challenges and my job loss. I had accumulated numerous debts because I work full time taking care of JD's needs, education, and training to have a bright future for him.
</div>

</div>
<div>JD's home is his refuge. It is the only place he feels comfortable and safe. Due to JD's cognitive inabilities and social delays, all of his sports and activities are self expressions of what's inside of him that can not be, otherwise, expressed fully. Not having the financial means to continue these very important activities would cause a major devastation and loss to his routine and will impact his ability to function appropriately as a vigorous regimen, which is a part of what keeps him stable both mentally and physically.

<div>My own health challenges and autoimmune disease have set me back, as well, because I have no other family here who can help take care of JD or help me financially.
</div>

<div>I am in dire need of financial assistance so that we can keep our home and keep JD progressing.
