I went to the city of Rafah and there was able to pay the $12,500 with your kind donations to Egyptian authorities to add our name (Mosab, wife, daughter Rama) to the evacuation list. But a few days later (on May 6 2025) Israel invaded Rafah and seized Rafah Crossing.

I want to raise my daughters, and I do not want them to live in this life full of dangers, so I want to leave Gaza to preserve our lives. <div>Mosab has also said that he needs living expenses now, such as milk for his newborn daughter which is very expensive, and when he arrives in Egypt. The family does not know whether or not the money paid to the Egyptian authorities will be honored or if/when the crossing will close, and they have not yet paid the crossing fee for their second daugher who was just born on August 5, 2024. They continue to live in unimaginable peril.
