Help Morris Get Life Changing Surgery

I rescued Morris 8 years ago and we have been inseparable spending every day together at work and at play. Morris and I are both hyper active so we took up running five miles a day for the last eight years not realizing that his knee ligaments and hip were getting unexpectedly being damaged. He now need surgery to replace ligaments and remove a large mass from him stomach (most likely benign.) It has been a tough year for everyone, any help will do.
