Help momma stacy

Hi! My name is Stacy and I have Cerbal palsy Due to me being only a little over two pounds when i was born as a triplet, but my sisters didn't make it. I'm 41 years old and have a awsome husband and 4 children and 2 grandsons.
You see I have ended up with some high medical bills and DSHS can't help us because we make 25 dollars to much to qualify for the program to cover what medicare Disability doesn't cover. Unfortunately, my medical insurance only covers 80 percent.
I was confused by all the bills after beating cervical cancer and having a full hysterectomy 3 years ago. Then finding out I had I have arthritis and carpel tunnel. So they drilled a rod and plate through my hand to support my thumb, which was suppose to relieve the pain. Well it still hurts a year later. But I can't go back to that doctor that did it because I have a outstanding bill. Even though I have been paying the collection agency a 100 dollar a month since January 3 2017.
I also was told I would have to have surgery on by hips and maybe my back to relieve the chronic pain and keep my mobility.I have had a surgery when I was 15 to help correct the cerbal palsy and am now told it won't last my life time. Ugh Im at a loss because no doctor wants to take over another doctors work.I was told by Rockwood that I would have to come up with 3000 dollars and write a note to the board asking to come back. So please if anyone would help out with that, i would appreciate it. Thanks for you're time and God bless.♡
