Help Momma K Rebuild Paradise

My name is Stephanie Englander, I am setting this fund up to help my mother in law, Karen Englander. She has lived on the beautiful St. Thomas USVI for nearly 10 years now. She has loved the island since she first visited in the early 90's! Her love for the island has never been stronger then it is now. Nearly 70% of its population has left due to the devestation of Hurricane Irma and Jose. Hurricane Maria is headed straight to them now and we are hoping to prepare her more. We would like to raise enough funds to get her a gas generator and some other odds and ends to help her with rebuilding. They are expecting no power for at least 6 months! The cost of rebuilding the entire island is unknown to us at the moment but if we can prepare the residents with the proper tools (work boots, rain boots, small gas grill, games (to keep them busy at night due to curfew)work gloves) then we can help speed the process up a little bit! Karen has a very giving heart and has helped everyone around her over the years, now its our turn to help her!

I have set the amount to start at $1500 for the goal. However I would love to keep building on top of that goal so we can help other families on the island with the same items as we are working on getting for her!
