Help mom get to Dialysis.
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Myron, and I am starting this fund to benefit my mother Josephine. She has been a hemodialysis patient for the past six, enabling her to live a healthy life. (Go Mom!)
Recently, the dialysis clinic located in Acoma Pueblo, NM, that she attends has been closed due to a water break that occurred at the end of October. Which left her not knowing what to do because of the subsequent water crisis. Luckily, she and the other dialysis patients from their usual clinic were reassigned to another clinic seventy miles away in Rio Rancho, NM.
I do not work a regular nine-to-five job because I stay home as my mother's caregiver, which is a full-time job in and of itself. I’m asking for help to help offset added fuel costs & added wear and tear to our vehicle used to transport her. With the reassignment, it has now become a one-hundred-mile round trip. She attends three days a week, and I'm not sure how long this situation will last.
Thank you for listening to our story; we certainly appreciate any help you can give. You will be in our thoughts and prayers, and we will undoubtedly be grateful. Da'waa’eh (Thank you)
