<div>Hi. I’m Kim and I’m creating this GoFundMe for my mom and step father. In summer of 2024, my mom Pam was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Through many rounds of chemo, she was able to ring the bell on December 26, 2024. Flash forward to this July and something seemed “off”. The cancer has returned and is now more aggressive.

<div>Mom has bees diagnosed with Diffused Large B Cell Lymphoma and will need to undergo a more intense treatment. On October 6 she will have T cells extracted, which will then be boosted in a lab. On November 6, they will be returned to her body via CAR- T cell infusion. She will endure an intense several weeks of recovery. I will be staying with her at a John’s Hopkins facility to be her 24/7 caretaker during this process. My brother will be helping out when he can. She will have to stay within range of the hospital for potential side effects and requires our care.

<div>The housing isn’t included as part of the treatment, even though we need to be nearby.  Trying to raise some funds for her stay and any other expenses she may endure during this time. My stepfather will be at home and will be checked in on by friends, but he is battling as well since he is on 24/7 oxygen and not very mobile.
