As you are probably aware of, I still have a long 12 years of Post Release Supervision, which makes every day of my life extremely difficult.
Baruch hashem I have gotten it touch with a highly qualified attorney who can fight this case for me, the costs however are very high. It will take $3,500 just to see if I even have a winnable case.
