<div>Today, my family and I are living in a shelter school in Khan Yunis, after being displaced from our home in Rafah. We lost everything. There are nine of us — and we are suffering from severe malnutrition, lack of medicine, and constant fear.

<div>Four months ago, I was injured in my left hand during an airstrike. My father was also injured in his leg. He suffers from chronic diabetes and high blood pressure, and without access to proper treatment, his health is deteriorating fast.

<div>As the eldest son, I’ve always taken responsibility for my family. But since the injury, I’ve been unable to work. We rely on aid that barely arrives. The children in our family are going hungry. We live day to day, trying to survive under the threat of continued bombing.
